Session Discussion Points
Objective: Analyze the CEOS’ current organizational structure in addressing user needs in key thematic areas to determine if we are employing best practice approach. Key Questions: Are we currently meeting the needs of our users in the most pragmatic way? Are there areas of commonality that would be better suited working in a collaborative manner? If current construct is lacking, can we move forward with proposal for restructuring of these tools for engagement?
