Donlar Construction has provided a preliminary construction estimate using the limited scope of work provided. The estimate is preliminary in nature and will move as the scope of work is defined in greater detail. This estimate is based on pre-cast concrete construction utilizing a combination of roof lines to accommodate the necessary ceiling requirements for different utilizations. This estimate is to provide a maximum cost for the space described and does not represent a final construction cost. Remodeled Space = 12,400 ft2 New Construction Space = 52,000 ft2 Career and Tech Ed.
