“Simple Profile” implies that the XML version is the superset, parent, and/or starting point

Remove ‘Simple Profile’ string in document title and filename
Possible titles:
Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) Version 2.0
Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) Version 2.0 (YAML Profile)
Leaves room for other profiles, e.g., XML that may appear in the future
