The risk for all-cause mortality is reported for individuals with serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D levels <15ng/ml compared with those with levels >30ng/ml. For each subgroup analysis, data were adjusted for each of the other variables; current smoking, month of year, and family history of cardiovascular disease were included in each subgroup analysis.
