Keep in mind, the thesis should: Be clear and concise State an opinion Utilize the language of the question Include the categories that will be presented to prove the thesis

Informational Slide Starting on this slide, you include bullet pointed background information related to your topic. Do not assume the reader has background knowledge Define all key terms All information should be bulleted point Avoid long full sentences All informational slides should include in text citations Click on parenthetical citation in NoodleTools to create in-text citations Please see the bottom right corner below for an example After your informational slides, you will include analysis slides, which answers your thesis statement (Smith 2005)

Persuasive Slides Include substantial evidence which supports and proves your thesis Make sure the order of your persuasive slides parallel the categories of your thesis Include quotes from primary resources (Jones p )
