This program is designed for minority businesses of all sizes. Our executive coaches will take an objective look at your business and help address strategic business needs and leadership challenges. They will teach, encourage and inspire MBEs to do what may seem impossible!

Received a MBE Business Executive Scholarship within the last 2 years Participate in at least 2 HMSDC training and development progams Lunch with the President Coaching Corner CEO Academy CEO Conversations 2 Education Trainings (e.g.: Lunch & Learn; Academy)

7 Participant’s Commitment
Complete a one-page application indicating: What do you hope to achieve through the program? What pressing business needs do you want to address? In what areas do you need personal development? Three to four 1-hour meetings with the Executive Coach over the term of one year Upon completion, submit a one-page summary describing key impacts and accomplishments Acknowledge that the executive coach is not a marketing channel into the corporation
