2 A Very Short Background
Desserts are by definition a sweet course. This usually means high content of sugar or fats. Desserts Are Sweets that we eat Every After Meals. Desserts have historically been known as a smaller course to end a meal but in modern times they have become a more major part of people's diets.

3 In world cultures there are a wide variety of desserts including cakes, tarts, cookies, biscuits, gelatins, pastries, ice creams, pies, puddings, custards, sweet soups and candies.

4 Common Ingredients Used
usually contain sugar or a sweetening agent common ingredients in desserts are flour, dairy, eggs, and spices.

5 About Our Health Patients with high blood sugar will typically experience polyuria (frequent urination), they will become increasingly thirsty (polydipsia) and hungry (polyphagia). Well These Are The Diabetic people. Well Refraining from consuming too much sweets is one of the proper way to Slow down the progress of having Diabetes.

6 But It still Depends on the Diabetic person If He or She has the Discipline to Control His or her Cravings for Sweets. Eating Sweets Is not A bad Idea but at the same time we should also Take care of ourselves To prevent us from Getting Sick.

7 Special Occasions/Events
Valentines Day Women in Japan, South Korea and Taiwan present chocolates to men on Valentine's day. This could be honmei-choko ( "chocolate of love") or giri-choko ("courtesy chocolate"). If the chocolate is hand-made, it is a sign that the receiving male is the girl's "only one".

8 White Day One month later on White Day (March 14), men are expected to return gifts that are at least two or three times more valuable than the gifts received in Valentine's Day.
