Portrays SHIVA 3rd Eye- called Bindi or Tilaka. Tilaka differ depending on the sect or god that is worshipped. Bindi is only for women, usually to represent marriage. Four arms for the four directions, balance of good over evil and over ignorance. Expression and hairdo represent the holiness of Ganga or Ganges river.
