The company name is Recycled Brass Union Manufacturing Company. The company is located Carter County Ohio with highway 70 running east to west with Dayton to the west , Columbus to the east with Cincinnati and Indianapolis not much farther. The facility is approximately 35,000 square feet on 30 acres of land. The price for the facility is $4,250, making it $ a square foot. With the population in this area, recycled brass would be available and a demand for brass fittings for new construction. We take recycled brass from local recycling centers and melt and cast forge unions. We use casting and roll press manufacturing procedures. Thread , pipe socket and edges are machined and polished.

We would move our company to Gary, Indiana. I decided that area because there is a good highway and rail system for transportation and with Chicago and Milwaukee in the area, the material should be available and with a 3% increase in housing and 7% increase in population in the Chicago area last year the demand should be good.
