Teams and individual players that decide to take advantage of this fundraising opportunity to raise money for their training or playing activities must understand the following:
Teams or Players must pay for their training or playing packages in full prior to receiving donated gifts.
Teams will receive confirmation of their donated prizes once paid in full.
Winners of prizes will receive their confirmation along with a copy of their winning certificate once teams running raffles provide sponsor with winners’ names, s and phone numbers.
If teams would like to give these prizes away to certain individuals without running raffles they may provide sponsor individuals’ information so that sponsor may forward appropriate information.
Individual players will receive their confirmation after paying in full and be asked if they keeping prize for themselves or ruffling it off.
