2. Introduction of Jared Jared is a fifteen year old boy
Jared has Cerebral Palsy
Jared has been asked by his teacher to speak about using AAC at an assistive technology conference
Jared was eager to do it, but he had no idea how.

3. Jared Writes an Essay
Jared writes a five-paragraph essay on how he uses AAC to make a presentation
Jared go sees Mr. Dave , the Technology Expert.
Mr. Dave shows Jared how to wright a PowerPoint presentation.
They type out the main points and add words to help highlight his message

4. Jared find a way to put his slides into his communication device note book page.
Mr. Steve shows Jared how to select each slide and copy it into a notebook entry.
Jared saves each slide in his notebook.

Jared will take two or three questions from the audience to demonstrate how he uses his device in “real time”

9. Conclusion Jared played each slide
Jared presses each notebook in order
Ex, Notebook 1, Notebook 2, and so on
Jared received a standing ovation for his efforts
He also received a special gift, a man walked up to him and congratulates him.
He was the Chair of George Mason University School of Public Communications.
That man gave him his business card, he encouraged him to keep in touch.
