3. Contact Me Page Add the title “Contact Me” at the top. Insert a form.
Edit the form

Change the submission address to your own.

4. Contact Me Pg Cont.
Send the Google Form: Embed, change the size to 460 wide and 600 tall. Copy the embed code.
Create a new 2 column wide, paste html code into the left side of the column.
Create a text introduction under the title: “Thank you for visiting my web site. Should you wish to provide feedback…”
Insert a two column and place the form into either side.
On the other side, insert a map to a business in Grove, such as Wal-Mart or McDonalds. Do not put a map to your home.

5. Adobe Fireworks Create a new 500 x 70 PNG.
PNG stands for: P__________ N_________ G______
Make a title for your Contact Me page to replace the text title.
Something similar to this with your own font and colors.
