2.  I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.
2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.
4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

3. 5 The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.
6 The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.
7 The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.
8 The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore

5. We need to look up for help to see ourselves as we are!

32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.

6. 33 And he said unto him, Lord, I am ready to go with thee, both into prison, and to death.
34 And he said, I tell thee, Peter, the cock shall not crow this day, before that thou shalt thrice deny that thou knowest me.

7. We need to look up to God for help to know we are not deceived
God warns frequently about being deceived.
3 ways we can be deceived..
1. Deceived by the Devil.
Ill. Ananias and Sapphira Acts 5:1-11
v. 3 “..why hath Satan filled thine
Heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?

8. 2. Deceived by evil teachers
I John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world

9. 3. Deceived by ourselves. Gal.6:7-8
I Tim. 4:16 Take heed unto thyself,and unto the doctrine;continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself,and them that hear thee.

10. We need to look up to God for help to be full of courage
Look what God provided for Paul!
Acts 28:15 “And from thence,when the brethren heard of us, they came to meet us as far as Appii forum, and the Three taverns:
Whom when Paul saw, he thanked God, and took courage!

11. Look up for help from God.. The Best is Yet to come!
