2. Introduction
“Constant attention by a good nurse may be just as important as a major operation by a surgeon”-Dag Hammarskjold. It’s not just about the doctors, nurses help out too, sometimes more then a doctor. Nurses are there for patients 24/7 to make sure that the patients needs are met, so that they will not be in pain or be suffering, but instead are at ease and relaxed. Nurses help people get better again, they take care of patients, which then restores the patient’s health. I want to do kind deeds to help the world, to make up for when I was a bad seed. So I felt being a nurse would be just the right career for me. I don’t mind helping people, I enjoy it actually and the satisfactory of knowing that I helped someone gives me such bliss. If I could be given a smile after helping every patient that would be reward enough for me. There are nurses who don’t care about their career as a nurse and are mean to the patients. I plan to be the type of nurse who helps patients, is kind to them, and allows them to feel they can trust me and are in capable hands.

9. Summary
After the last few days of research I have had of finding out about all of the responsibilities and patience to become a nurse. I have decided my future career plans are going in the right direction. It will take a few years of schooling and plenty of hard work, to begin paying my dues to become a nurse. This research was everything I thought it would be and helps me want to be a nurse even more. Once I finish with school I plan to become a registered nurse and begin a career that fits who I am.
