B, Preopearative CT angiogram demonstrates total occlusion of the celiac, superior mesenteric, and left renal arteries, and 99% stenosis of the right renal artery. A meandering mesenteric artery originates from the IMA, feeding all of the intraperitoneal viscera, and an aneurysm 28 mm in diameter is recognized at the proximal portion of the inferior mesenteric artery.
