With expertise in POSH, Rainmaker has developed products that have formed the bedrock of compliance training for India’s leading corporates. Today, they are known as the pioneers in providing compliance training through online modules and workshops. 2. Mr. Antony Alex
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Rainmaker was founded by Mr. Antony Alex with a vision to create ethical workplaces.
Antony has a cumulative work experience of 20 years. Prior to founding Rainmaker, Antony was part of the core founding team at Pangea3, the world’s largest and most successful Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO). His leadership saw Pangea3 grow quickly from 10+ lawyers and engineers to over 1000 professionals, delivering high quality services to Global General Counsel of Fortune 500 companies as well as top tier law firms, from the US, Europe, Australia and the APAC region.
Prior to founding Pangea3, Antony played a major role in setting up Kochhar & Co’s Mumbai office and establishing it as a premier firm in Mumbai’s competitive law firm landscape. He Kick-started his career with ICICI Bank in the corporate legal department.
A seasoned and effective communicator, Antony is driven to perform, succeed and excel. He firmly believes in adopting innovative and engaging solutions to transform compliance trainings into an engaging and interesting learning experience for corporates
Antony has always been passionate about training and has conducted workshops on topics ranging from prevention of sexual harassment, code of conduct to anti-corruption practices. It is this passion for learning and training, that led him to set up Rainmaker
Antony is an alumnus of National Law School, Bangalore. In his free time, he indulges in deep sea diving, reading and binging on movies.
