Immigration – Mix and Match
Economic Migrant the migration of people into a country in ways that violate the immigration laws of that country, or the remaining in a country of people who no longer have the legal right to remain. Refugee a person who has been forced to leave their country in order to escape war, persecution, or natural disaster. Asylum Seeker a person who travels from one country or area to another in order to improve their standard of living Illegal Immigrant a person who lives outside their native country. Ex-Pat a person who has left their home country as a political refugee and is seeking asylum in another.
