Students were sent home with Idita-Read Logs on Friday, March 1st. Please read with your child and record it on the log every night. Return it to school with the homework on Fridays.

Looking Ahead: Kinder graduation will 1:00 on May 23rd – kinder students are not to come to school that day until noon (parents will need to bring students, there will not be a late bus to pick them up and kinder care/ kids club 360 will not bring them in late). More info to follow.
Our Learning
Reading – characters, setting, plot, problem & solution, cause & effect
Math – composing and decomposing numbers to 10, number bonds, number sentences, addition, subtraction
Science – weather, seasons, the sun
At-Home Practice
Be able to count to 100 by 1’s and 10’s.
Be able to write numbers 1-20 in the correct order.
Practice sight words every night; know 100 by the end of the year
Read or be read to for 15 to 20 minutes every night & record it on the Idita-Read log
