I will see wich salt levels make an egg float the best.

I picked this topic because it sounded really fun and cool. I also picked it because I wondered if an egg could actually float in salt water! I thought that it was impossible!

My Hypothesis!!!! If I put 3 teaspoons of salt in water then it will make an egg float.

Variables Independent:Amount of salt.
Dependent:If the egg floats or not. Constant:Amount of water,cup,egg.

Procedure 1.Gather materials 2.pour water into cup-10 ounces

conclusion I will be seeing which salt levels make an egg float in water the best. I put different teaspoons of salt in water and tried to see if it would make an egg float. 1 teaspoon did not float an egg but 2 and 3 did. My data did support my hypothesis. I put 3 teaspoons of salt in water and it made an egg float. I learned that salt water can float an egg. No errors occured. I wouldn't do anything different.
