Making mandatory for the 27 MS the transmission to Eurostat of an existing data collection common to UNESCO, OECD and Eurostat (UOE)
Concepts, definitions and transmission programme are common to UOE
Relates to administrative data usually available at national level and already transmitted to Eurostat
Application of the Regulation: from 1 January 2012
(first mandatory transmission in 2012 with school/academic year 2010/2011 ; financial year 2010 as reference periods)
