3. Setting Up an API User in CCB
In order to complete the integration between Generosity by LifeWay Digital Giving Platform and CCB, you will need to create a specific API user in your CCB Account.
Directions on setting up API User:
Additionally, please make the API user has the following API services checked:
campus_list
campus_profile
import_online_gifts
individual_search
online_giving_gift_insert
transaction_detail_type_list
the following to
API User Name
API User Password

4. Making Gifts
Church Members make a gift through a giving embed, the mobile app, text giving

5. Giving Platform Backoffice
Gifts are listed under the Donations Tab in the Digital Giving Platform Back Office

6. CCB ChMS Gift Data automatically transfers over to CCB
Select Financial on the left Navigation
Then click Online Gifts

7. CCB ChMS
3) Church Members that do not have a People Record or are unmatched will be listed under Step 1

4) Click on the Church Member’s Name to either match the gift to an existing member or create a new record

5) Once you’ve completed matching, the click on Step 2 to create the transactions.
6) Click the transactions you’d like to create and then click Create X Transactions button.

7) Finalize details regarding the Batch and Create Transactions.

8) You can now see gifts on a member’s People record.
