2. Registration of users
On the basis of rated proposals, technical requirements and
in accordance with user & local contact
 User schedule is fixed by Dr. Iurii Scurschii

3. Registration of users
Invitation of guest users by (sent by Nicole Zimmermann)  Reply from guests directly to secretary or to local contact
in case user desires another period: agreement between Dr. Scurschii and user necessary
secretary‘s tasks: * books a room in our HZDR guest house, * forwards data to security service (registration and issuing a visitors badge), * takes care of transfer (from airport / station to HZDR), * issuing an official letter of invitation (if required) * answers additional questions of guest or forwards it to the „International Office“ * unlocks visitors card to enable access to laboratories

4. Reimbursement rules
all UK users (everyone with an affiliation from a university located
in the UK)
For other users: prior agreement between guest and director
of our institute necessary
According to the „Bundesreisekostengesetz (BRKG)“ of Germany  e. g. reimbursement of air fare and transportation costs,  accommodation …
Original bills and receipts required  request for reimbursement is issued by secretary, further processing in HR  reimbursement occurs via bank transfer or cash payment

5. HLD safety rules
Local contacts instruct their pulsed-field users and other guests involved in experiments on their first day at site

6. Accommodation in our guest house
price for long-term stay (> 14 days):
22.15 EUR

7. Reports
1-2 months after determination of experiment  request for submitting the report is sent (either via EMFL proposal webpage or manually)
to be saved in EMFL DB and HLD DB
