Customers cannot: Find Customize Share Lack of satisfaction in reporting leads to dissatisfaction, low retention, and high cost of support. Addressing this makes for happier clients, higher M&S, lower support costs. Customers cannot: Find: Product ships with a lot of reports, but customers cannot find the one they want when they want it. Customize: Customer does not have knowledge to modify reports, support cannot customize due to support policy. Cost of consulting for customizing reports too high. Share: Customers do not have needed/standard reports. Many reports created through multiple means that are not available for general consumption. User community is very large, resulting in thousands of unique reports with no way to share. Sharing is the unique way to differentiate Sage.
