2. Why:
Ensure that people entering RP areas have received the appropriate training (and no more than 3 yrs ago). Past: RP checks ~annually, future: automatic by access system.
History:
18 months ago, the HSE-safety training applied a 3yr validity to RP safety courses (memo).
4 months ago, the access team made RP training ranks available in Adams  now it can be checked.
Each person concerned received (s) with instructions.

Either via the link “renew” in Adams or LMS

All are online courses, max. 5 minutes per course
(*) If you never did the RP controlled area classroom course, you will have to follow it to keep your access
