Low accommodation capacity and high number of service seekers makes it difficult to adjust the living space inside the shelter.
Women and children are obligated to share the same living spaces.
Inability to keep the victims for a long time and provide them proper skill and education.
Perpetrators posing as victim’s relatives and persuading them to change the statements.
Some phones are unable to connect to the help-line 1098.
Inability to provide primary health service.
