6 Classroom Guidelines 1. Follow All School Rules.
2. Arrive To Class On Time And Be Prepared To Succeed. 3. Be Respectful To Everyone In This Class. 4. Please Remain Seated Unless Otherwise Instructed. 5. Always Give Your Best Effort.

7 Consequences First Offense: Verbal Warning
Second Offense: Private Conference and Writing Assignment Third Offense: Parent or Guardian Contact Fourth Offense: Office Referral

8 Classroom Procedures Enter the classroom quietly and in an orderly fashion. Get your textbook and other supplies that are needed for class (Writing Utensils, Paper, etc…). If you need to sharpen a pencil now is the time for that. Have a seat and follow the instructions that are on the board.

9 Grading Policy 50% Clinical 30% Test
20% Daily Work, Quizzes, Projects, Homework All work must be turned in on time. There will be a 10 point reduction for each day that it is late.

10 Clinical You will need to sign up and work at least two home or away football competitions and four football practices. (Exceptions may be made by individual request) You must be there on time and compete the assigned task. You should be dressed appropriately. You must complete a follow up assignment. 50% of your grade for this class.

12 Homework Take the parent letter home and read over it with your parents/guardians. Have them sign it and return the last page to me tomorrow.
