4. Use Pastels to create a winter night sky
Things to remember…
Overlap to blend colours
- Use the pastels to show direction- like Van Gogh’s swirls.

5. Splash white paint to represent snow / stars

Practise first!
- Remember you can always add more, but you can’t take them away.

6. Add a cut paper silhouette of trees / mountains across the bottom edge
Things to remember…
- Keep it the same width as your bottom edge
- Keep it as one piece of paper
-Don’t cut out shapes from the bottom edge- top edge only.
