Once seated, please write your first and last name on the non-lined (blank) side of the notecard in large print. If you go by another name, please put it in parentheses like this: “Christopher (Colby) Martin” Then, respond to these questions on the lined side of the notecard: 1) What is your favorite food? 2) What is your favorite band, artist, and/or style of music? 3) What extra-curricular activities do you participate in or would like to participate in (like sports, band, clubs, etc.)? 4) Do you have any siblings or friends that have been in my class?
