Learning Targets Students will use equipment safely and appropriately.
Students will use appropriate language and behave. Be sure to read aloud, while students follow along, the learning targets. Dignity:

Basic Expectations Successful- Students will be safe, encourage others, and offer help. Trustworthy- Students will respect other people’s belongings, have a spotter, and wipe down the equipment after use. Accountable- Students will put equipment away and clean up after themselves. Respectful- Students will use appropriate language. Supportive- Students will wait their turn and accept others’ skill levels.

Be S.T.A.R.S. Make improvements from the beginning of the quarter to the end of the quarter. Push others to succeed. Help others. Challenge your peers to push themselves.

Learning Targets Revisited
What does appropriate equipment use look like? What does it look like to encourage peers in the weight room? Re-read and review the learning targets. Were the targets addressed? Did we cover all that we were supposed to cover?
