* Before we can “go”, we need to “see the Lord” for who He is and experience His touch of forgiveness.

5. Isaiah 66:1-2 (NKJV) 1 Thus says the LORD: "Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest? 2 For all those things My hand has made, and all those things exist," says the LORD. "But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, and who trembles at My word.

* What kind of dwelling place does God have with you? Does “contrite” and “humble” define you?

Matthew 5:1-4 (NKJV) And seeing the multitudes, He went up on a mountain, and when He was seated His disciples came to Him. 2 Then He opened His mouth and taught them, saying: 3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

* This is what Jesus went through for you and me. Living lives for God, by way of “brokenness”, is a small price to say, “Thank you, Lord”.

* God works best through “broken” lives. Are we people He can show Himself powerful through?
