We are a Medicare-Certified Ophthalmic Surgery Center – All types of ophthalmic surgery Anterior Segment (cataracts, corneal grafts) – Cataract – Glaucoma – Corneal grafts – Lasers Retina – Retinal detachment repair – Diabetic retina repair procedures/lasers – 5 operating rooms – 6,000 surgical procedures, 9,000 procedures total annually

Who we serve – Entire Inland Northwest Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon – Primary eye care specialists – Subspecialty care in all recognized subspecialties – While our ASC is in central downtown Spokane, we also have clinics North and in the Valley

How we can function in an emergency – We currently handle all types of ophthalmic emergencies, and take calls on weekends – We pretty much stick with adults and children over the age of 4 – We have 13 Board-certified Ophthalmologists and 5 CRNAs available

What resources we have – 5 full-size Operating rooms, 14 patient care bays, 5 procedure rooms (9 with ophthalmic lasers), a clinic downstairs for evaluating and triage How you could access our resources – We see ourselves as providing services in the event of a disaster that overwhelms the local hospitals, or simply handling the eye emergencies that would occur in the event of a disaster
