A Note from the Teacher
What’s Happening in...
Reading – This week we wrapped up our theme of zoo by reading stories about zoo and zoo animals. We had discussions about our field trip and wrote about our favorite parts of the field trip. We also began the final countdown of school and saying goodbye to Kindergarten.
Sight Words – made, may, part
Math – This week we continued working on the concept of telling time. We focused on the parts of the clock and telling time to the hour.
Kindergarten Graduation is Tuesday May 23rd at 5:30. The ceremony will take place in the Goshen High School auditorium. Please have your child to the high school no later than 5:15. Our class, along with Ms. Ferone and Mrs. Cordrey will be the first ceremony of the night with the rest of our kindergarten classes to follow.
This year I took a lot of photos of our class. If you haven’t already, please check out our class website! If you would like, you may also copy and save any of the pictures for your own collection! 
If your child is currently part of AR, please have them return their books and baggies as soon as possible!
Dates to Remember
May 23rd- Kindergarten Graduation at 5:30, Goshen High School (arrive no later than 5:15)
May 25th- Last Day of School
