4 Points to Ponder! What knowledge do you need to
succeed in your goals? How has it changed over the last five years? What factors justify the adoption of KM into an organization? Who do you network with? What benefits do you get from your networking?

5 Knowledge Exercise Visit a small business in your town (such as an electronic store or a quality bakery) and stay long enough to get a feel for the information exchanged, customer questions, and the way the business is run. Write a short report about the core knowledge of the business. Are there knowledge workers there or manual worker or just clerks?
