Green Pen Action Success Criteria What should you include to make your piece successful? Use your voice to perform the class beat. Use an instrument app to perform a simple part Include the 4 chords: C, G, Am and F. Sing the 4-chord song as a class. Accept feedback from teacher/peers and make improvements. Experiment with using your voice to create different sounds. Create your own beats using the sounds learned as a class.. Use an instrument app to player a harder part, e.g. full chords. Include a beat. Ensure everyone knows their roles clearly, and can perform with confidence. Rehearse your performance carefully. Choose a leader. Lead your group in creating an authentic-sounding beat boxing track, with a range of different sounds layered together. Sing lyrics to one of the 4-chord songs over the top (try layering more than one song on top of each other, or creating a mash-up) Plan the structure of your performance. Who will do what and when? How will it begin and end? In your group, layer different parts together to create the 4-chord riff.
