Engineer, scientist, educator, or technical executive
In IEEE-designated field
10 years in professional practice. OR:
7 years with a bachelors degree
6 years with a bachelors and a masters degree
5 years with a doctorate
Show professional maturity and "significant performance“ over a period of at least five years
