“Separate but equal” Jim Crow Laws Plessy v. Ferguson Brown v. Board of Education De jure – discrimination upheld by law. De facto – no law, but exists (black neighborhoods / schools).

Assignment Form groups of 5
Each group will be give a sheet with various people, each person assigned a number. Each group will also be given a list of various crimes. Based on suspect classification, make assumption about, which person would be more likely to commit which crime(s). Share with the class.
