4 Definition Non-sampling errors are errors that result from the survey process. They are due to the non-response of individuals selected to be in the survey, inaccurate response, poorly worded questions, bias in the selection of individuals to be in the survey, etc.

5 Definition Sampling error is the error that results in using sampling to estimate information regarding a population. This type of error occurs because a sample does not give complete information about the population.
