2 Reporting… What Has Been Done
Partnered with GE IT (EDM team) to build BI reporting capability that helps visualize Savings by many attributes including: Parent/Child, Region/Country, Actuals vs Ops Plan, and Advanced slice/dice custom reports Followed Fastworks approach in developing MVP1 where requirements were collected from Businesses, GCL’s & Regions, and iterated several times to produce a product that aligns to most customized needs Conducted initial SME training on 9th Mar Initial release on 16th Mar – SME group Final roll out by 11th Apr

Login using the SSO credential, default credentials are as below (a) Username: SSO Id (b) Password: SSO Password

5 Operational Saving Summary Tab
Filter Options: Select Business – In this case its HC Select Commodity – Its defaulted to All Select Year - Its defaulted to current year Currency is defaulted to OP Note: you can select multiple options by holding ‘Ctrl’ key Banner: Is defaulted to current year savings & all P&L’s; OP is fixed as provided by P&L by savings type. Executed approved gets update every week from iSave feed Bookmarks Option: Allows you to save selected filter options for future reference . You can create multiple bookmarks 1 2 a b c 3 4 Summarises saying types at different stages & projects pipeline gap against the OP View VOP at commodity level Projects carry over Vs current year split Project level data of selected filter can be exported to excel by right clicking the mouse & selecting ‘export table’

6 Custom Report Tab Bookmarks Option:
Select View: Provides different savings views Total View: Gives total savings by savings type Carry over Vs current year view: Gives total savings by savings type split between carry over & current year Quarterly split View: Give total savings by savings type split by quarter Bookmarks Option: In this scenario we have bookmarked a report that allows the user to view all parent projects created for HC under PS commodity impacting 2016 savings with a current Vs carry over split Filter Options: Multiple filter options made available for users to slice, dice data & create various reports Columns Option: User can select the required columns to view savings, in this example we have selected commodity & project owner Note: you can select multiple options by holding ‘Ctrl’ key Project level data of selected filter can be exported to excel by right clicking the mouse & selecting ‘export table’

7 Parent Child Linkage Tab
Parent Project Summary: Is designed on similar lines of that of custom report however will only populate parent projects. Different filter & column options can be sleeted to slice & dice data. In current scenario we have filtered on HC business – PS commodity – 2106 savings & selected commodity & project owner fields Child Project Summary: Child project savings values by savings type corresponding to the parent project will get displayed if a child project against a parent project is created. As of now we don’t have any corresponding child projects against the parent project and hence we see no values in thus section a b Columns Option: User can select the required columns to view savings, in this example we have selected commodity & project owner Note: you can select multiple options by holding ‘Ctrl’ key Project level data of selected filter can be exported to excel by right clicking the mouse & selecting ‘export table’
