Third-party antibody course is illustrated by the line with squares and the positive control values for each assay are indicated by the triangles. The relative antibody strength is indicated by the mean fluorescence intensity values (MFI) determined with single-antigen immunoassays. Before desensitization, the DSA resulted in a positive flow cytometric crossmatch (FCXM+).
