MEDICATION, TOTAL MG DOSAGE, and ROUTE
(AND mg/kg rationale if applicable)
3. Mark order with CHECK
Then, PLACE ORDER and TASK RN
**NEXT, YOU MUST “UNCOMPLETE” THE ORDER***
4. Navigate to COSIGN ORDERS tab
5. Doubleclick & launch the order
6. UNCHECK the “Completed” box
Save and close

7. Verbally communicate order to RN
