The expressed band is at the expected size of 342 bp in both cell types. Endometriotic and endometrial cells are transfected with Ad-Lac Z at a multiplicity of infection of 50 PFU/ cell followed by staining with X-gal. Nearly all of the endometriotic cells showed positive blue nuclear staining. The endometrial cells were highly confluent, with only a few cells showing the positive staining. Othman.
