Introducing OPTIC Overview- The first things/questions you think of when you look at the image. Parts- The things/ questions you think of when you are looking more closely at the parts/details of the image. Title- What might the title suggest about the image and how does it relate to the image in general? Interrelationships- Look for specific connections between the title, caption, and image. Conclusion- What is the meaning/ theme of the image?
