Once you have clicked Submit, you will receive (by ) confirmation of your supplier registration. Click on the link in the to verify your Supplier Registration.

You will land on the Supplier Control Panel
To receive the free contract alert notifications, relevant to your business interests, you must create an Alert Profile

10. Alert Profile
When creating your Alert Profile you will be prompted to select Product Categories
Important
Forestry and Land Scotland asks all its suppliers to select the Product Category “Other Horticulture” for all Regulated (over £50k) procurements. Click on Alert Profile

Start creating your Alert Profile by clicking on the hyperlink start creating your profile

12. To add a category, select the Browse categories menu option

You can now select Product Categories relevant to your business interests from the Product Category list
Click on the plus sign (+) to expand the Horticultural product categories

Once you have completed your Product Category selection, click Continue

For example select All Scotland to receive Product Category tender alerts for all regions or select region(s) of interest to you and Save

17. Supplier Details
Buyers can find supplier details on the PCS website through a number of website options, searching by Company Name, Registered Person, Address or by a Supplier Finder Profile

18. Supplier Finder Profile
Completion of a Supplier Finder Profile may improve your chances of receiving a direct invitation to quote from Buyers using the PCS Quick Quote functionality – more information in a Supplier Finder Profile

19. Supplier Finder Profile
Click on the tab SUPPLIERS to access the Supplier Control Panel
Then click on the Supplier Finder Profile menu option

20. Supplier Finder Profile
Supplier Finder is the supplier sourcing directory for the Scottish public sector
Suppliers can provide detailed information on Goods, Services or Works to buyers by completing a Supplier Finder Profile

21. Supplier Finder Profile
To be included in the buyer sourcing directory, complete the Supplier Finder form and (optionally) upload your logo/website address

22. Supplier Finder Profile
Which areas do you want to do business in?
For example if you want to provide Goods, Services or Works to the Highland and Moray regions select, Highland and select Moray

Complete Company Description
Enter keywords which describe the products or services you provide. Buyers can search on keywords
Add Company Logo

24. Supplier Finder Profile
You can edit and save your profile at any time, however it will only be visible to buyers once you make your profile Public

25. Supplier Finder Profile
A reminder: buyers can now easily find your company via the Supplier Finder search tool. The keywords that you have provided are searchable
