7 Sleeping arrangements
School groups stay in basic but comfortable apartments with communal areas and en suite bedrooms. Each bedroom can sleep up to four people on bunk beds. The staff apartments are located within the student buildings for supervision. All our accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, hot water, WiFi access and is serviced by our housekeeping team.

8 Itinerary Monday 15th February:
Arrive at Changi Airport Terminal 2 at 12.00pm Meeting point= beside Silk Air check-in. (Please wear your school uniform/PE top) Flight departs from Changi to Chiang Mai, Thailand. Arrival in Chiang Mai at 16.50 Travel by minibus from airport to Traidhos Arrival at Traidhos at 18.30 Supper and Group meeting 19.00 Tuesday - Friday full days of activities (see pdf for full itinerary) Saturday 20th February: Early breakfast & depart from Traidhos (08.30). Arrival back at Changi You will be collected at the airport by your parents..

9 Detailed Itinerary Chiang Mai Itinerary

10 passports All passports should be brought to school the week before the trip leaves (Thursday 11th February). We will look after them at school, and bring them to the airport for you. Alternatively pupils can keep hold of their passport and bring it directly to the airport on Monday morning.

12 Packing You are encouraged to only bring 1 carry-on piece of luggage, kept under 15kg If possible, your carry-on should double as a daypack while on the trip All liquids will be placed into one large check-in piece of luggage

13 Clothing Shirts/t-shirts must cover your shoulders.
Shorts must be below the knees. Clothes that you don’t mind getting really dirty, possibly ruining.

Long pants or long skirt Long sleeved shirt or lightweight jumper Light-weight rain-jacket or poncho

15 Footwear Sandals that can get wet. Tennis shoes that can get dirty.
We will be active all day- your trainers/sandals must be supportive and comfortable.

-Refillable water bottle

17 toiletries Toothbrush Toothpaste Shampoo Conditioner Soap Deodorant
Chapstick Sunscreen Insect Repellant (with deet)

18 medication All medicines should be bagged and labelled.
The label should have the students’ name and the directions for the medication.

19 other items do not bring
-Valuables like expensive watches or jewelry -Expensive designer clothes or shoes for activities -Ipods/mp3, laptops, handphones ** CAMERA’s are Okay, but not encouraged. Excessive cash (279,000 IDR- $30 SGD) *Note- if you want any food on the plane you will have to pay for this. Excessive food Cards Books
