John 6:40-48 Resurrection promise God draws men to Him How does this happen? Nu 21:5 The people spoke against God and Moses, "Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? For there is no food and no water, and we loathe this miserable food." 6 The LORD sent fiery serpents among the people and they bit the people, so that many people of Israel died. 7 So the people came to Moses and said, "We have sinned, because we have spoken against the LORD and you; intercede with the LORD, that He may remove the serpents from us." And Moses interceded for the people. 8 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Make a fiery serpent, and set it on a standard; and it shall come about, that everyone who is bitten, when he looks at it, he will live. 9 And Moses made a bronze serpent and set it on the standard; and it came about, that if a serpent bit any man, when he looked to the bronze serpent, he lived. 2Ki 18:4 He removed the high places and broke down the sacred pillars and cut down the Asherah. He also broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made, for until those days the sons of Israel burned incense to it; and it was called Nehushtan.

John 6:40-48 What He cannot mean: 1) God only calls a few people 1 Timothy 2:3-4 2) God calls men supernaturally Acts 10:34, Ephesians 6:9, Romans 2:11 1Ti 2:3 This is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, 4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. Ac 10:34 ¶ Opening his mouth, Peter said: "I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality, Ro 2:11 For there is no partiality with God.

John 3:11-15 Teaching the teacher of Israel The Son of Man “must be lifted up” How is this related to being called? Ro 8:3 For what the Law could not do, weak as it was through the flesh, God did: sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and as an offering for sin, He condemned sin in the flesh

John 12:32-33 The answer: Being lifted up IS DRAWING ALL God must put Christ to death Then He can draw us He draws us through His word Joh 12:32 "And I, if I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to Myself." 33 But He was saying this to indicate the kind of death by which He was to die.
