For the Marketplace we are focused on getting more Coloradans covered, specifically the hard to reach populations (young adults, latinos) and small business groups as well as improving the customer experience. Examples: We are making improvements to the eligibility application to make the application process smoother for customers who are likely to be eligible for the tax credit and private insurance. We are working on enhancing training and improving the tools our Customer Service Center uses so our team can be better prepared to help our customers apply and enroll. We are revamping our small group marketplace to better serve small businesses and their employees. 2015 Colorado Health Access Survey, Colorado Health Institute
