Proposal is to plan similar to this year at the account subsidiary level, may result in some changes to accounts within subsidiaries in order to get consistency among campuses
Department Hierarchy
President’s office is looking for campuses to implement a planning process at a level below college level, or “departmental” level.
Fund Groupings
General operating fund group and other (revenue based) fund groups.
Funding requests
Targets are assigned to each group of funds, however there is also a request sheet for areas to articulate new funding requests for strategic initiatives
