21. Support is excellent. The newsletters are very good and excellent for future reference. More training always welcome! The system seems so vast that it is at times unwieldy and - with underdeveloped knowledge/user skills - difficult to navigate. EMu help has always been excellent - although sometimes emailing back and forth to explain a more complicated problem/request can be time consuming.
