Step 1 is the quantification step with real-time fluorescence detection accompanying with the standards ranging from 102 to 1011copies/ml. The crossing point (Cp) values of the tested samples are converted to concentrations expressed as copy/ml, using the equation derived from the standards. Step 2 is the genotyping step conducted by melting curve analysis.
