NUTS Amendment (Historical Time Series)
The NUTS Regulation (Art. 5.5) specifies that in case of NUTS change DE, IT, NL, FI, UK the NSI has to supply historic data for the new breakdown starting with a date settled by comitology proposed by thematic units in Eurostat but taking into account the feasibility critical: NUTS-2 splits and boundary shifts within two years of the amendment (1 January 2014) Oct-2011
